Today we had the most stressful day, it was the greenlighting presentation, this is where our films get greenlit or dropped and we would have to run to find another crew to work on, thankfully our team had done extremely well, good communication mixed with some stress is key, that allowed us to get all the paperwork needed and more which insured that we would be successful in getting our greenlight, it also helped us to plan and plan some more to insure we would be ready to shoot not only on the time we were allocated but we in my eyes our crew would have been ready tomorrow to shoot.
Overall I’m extremely happy with the efforts that the crew are putting in, we are communicating well and completing what we are allocated to, also successful I would like to improve more communication but we are still completing our tasks, I feel I can always improve my management of crew as for the other producers and our director are getting their message and vision through effectively in a way that is helping us complete our tasks to their standard and in a way that would support creating their vision, It is also important that we are a friendly crew, considering we will be staying together in a house it is a priority to create a positive vibe between the crew, after today’s greenlighting presentation and receiving a greenlight I’m excited to go into production for this film.
